Hey! I’m Ava—founder of The Flav and Flava Fitness.
I’m a personal trainer and wellness coach who is extremely passionate about helping people become the best versions of themself.
After years of trial and error—burnout, food sensitivities, and pushing too hard without listening to my body—I learned that real wellness isn’t about extremes. It’s about intention, consistency, and creating habits that support your life, not control it.
Knee surgery and a personal reset shifted everything for me. I began focusing on functional training, whole foods, sustainable routines, and slowing down enough to truly tune in. That’s when everything started to click.
Now, I guide others toward the same kind of sustainable wellness—through movement, mindfulness, and mindset.
I believe wellness should be sustainable, approachable, and rooted in self-respect—not restriction. No crash diets. No pressure to be perfect. Just real-life tools to help you feel grounded, energized, and strong.
Outside of coaching, I'm probably nose deep in my kindle, soaking up some sun, or telling my dog how handsome he is.
