Hey! I’m Ava, the founder of Flava Fitness—a personal trainer, wellness coach, and your go-to guide for building strength from the inside out. Whether we’re working 1:1 in the gym or you're tuning in online, my mission is to help you feel strong, confident, and grounded in your body.
My journey into wellness started from a place of burnout, food sensitivities, and pushing too hard without tuning in. After knee surgery and years of trial and error, I found what actually works: personalized strength training, supportive nutrition, mindful movement, and simple, sustainable habits. Now, I help others cut through the noise and feel empowered in their own routines.
